Activities and Attractions
In addition to being located directly on the beach, from Tropic Ten you're within a five minute walk to a full-service marina with boat and kayak rental, charter fishing, dolphin-watching cruises, grocery store and restaurant. In about fifteen minutes you can ride your bike to downtown Boca Grande with upscale shops, fine and casual dining, post office, banks, churches and a medical center. Within a ten mile radius there are a dozen golf courses that can challenge any golfer.

"Spring Break 2010"
Everything about this trip was great! We received outstanding customer service through out the entire process. Probably the easiest trip I've ever planned! We had a wonderful time vacationing at the "Tropic Ten". It was our first time there and we had a blast! The home was great. It was equiped with everything that we could have asked for and more. It had large bedrooms and a huge living area which was key for all of the kids! There was a back screened in porch with a perfect view of the ocean. It was a great place for the adults to hang out and have a glass of wine. We swam in the pool, played tennis, collected hundreds of sand dollars and played at the beach all week long. We saw some amazing sunsets too! The little downtown was like something out of a story book. So charming with tons of character! The beaches are amazing there. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us!
