Unlike many of the homes on North Captiva Island, a stay at The Conch House will truly let you catch the gentle gulf breezes, hear the soothing waves and experience the real beach retreat you have been looking for.
Once you arrive at The Conch House, our island home will charm you with its warm coastal theme, its colorful tropical flowers & foliage, as well as the special touches provided on the inside.
Level Two
This is the main living level of our home. It features an open air kitchen & living area includes dining that seats six to ten comfortably. Our kitchen features all the essential ingredients to
dazzle you; like our convection oven for perfect island pizza cooking. The spacious living room and and outisde screened in porches give you plenty of room for dining and relaxing inside & out. Unwind on the front porch swing and take in the Magic that is North Captiva. Adjacent to the living area are two nicely appointed bedrooms that share a full bath, and another half bath is also located close by.
The Sparkling private pool deck awaits you on the sunny side of the house facing west out to the gulf with loungers and an outside dining area poolside. The adjacent ground level screen room offers you a shady spot to recline near the pool, a unique feature, the screened lanai connects from the ground level leading up the stairs to the living area.
There is a second full bath that is shared by State Rooms Two & Three. State Room Three features a Queen bed with a beautiful view of the island palm trees. State Room Two is furnished
with a surf motif and is fully equipped with twin beds. Also this is where you will find the washer and dryer.
Level Three
State Room One, the Master Suite, is absolute luxury. Also Island Themed with beautiful wood floors, it features a luxurious king size double pillow top bed, and includes a 47 in LCD Flat Screen, DVD and Satelitte plus a wonderful private bathroom with a double sink vanity, double shower, and of course, magnificent gulf views. Walk out from a disappearing sliding glass door onto an oversized master patio. With views of the gulfʼs blue and green mosaic that go on forever, toast the setting sun from the Master deck. Plantation shutters, bamboo and sea-grass accents complete the look and will have you feeling like island luxury.
