Also on this floor is a spacious screened-in balcony with seating for eight, and a spiral staircase to the rooftop sundeck with its spectacular 360 degree view of the surrounding waters.

The family room area contains a large satellite stereo TV with DVD and VHS players, a queen-sized sleeper sofa and more. Your rental includes membership to the North Captiva Island Club, only steps from your door, which entitles you to full use of all club amenities: 2 swimming pools, hot tub, tennis, children's activity areas, pool bar and grill, kayaks and other water toys, bicycles and more.
