North Captiva 2BR/1BA - SLEEPS UP TO 4 PEOPLE - NCIC membership

The 'Captain's Quarters' at Schooner Beach is a large 2 bedroom / 1 bath North Captiva Island garden apartment with screened and open decks and on outdoor shower overlooking the palms.  It is located 1 house from the beach and 3 minutes to the club facilities.  Rental includes a golf cart and club memnbership.  The 'Captains Quarters' at Schooner Beach is located on a true barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico.  No cars are permitted on the island and travel is by golf cart, bicycle or walking.  North Captiva's beach is known for some of the best shelling in North America and great fishing too.  Over two thirds of the beach and island is State land which has been left as it was created.

Vacation Rental Amenities
Full kitchen, gas BBQ, satellite TV, DVD player, all bedding and towels, golf cart. The club facilities have 2 pools, tennis courts, childrens play area, kayaks, bicycles, hot tub, sauna, rental boats and PWC's.  A boat captain can take you to some of our adjacent islands......be dropped off on a deserted island (almost), go dolphin and manatee watching, visit Calusa history, or go to some great dining places and shops......you chose the day and we will arrange.

Activities and Attractions
While on North Captiva you can enjoy swimming, tennis, shelling, fishing, boating, beach walking, bird watching, dolphin and manatee sightings, diving, snorkeling.  Golfing is located on our adjacent island. Resturants, pool bar and gift shops are on island.  A day on the water with a boat captain.
