Flamingo House is a North Captiva Island home, completed in winter 2004, with a special island flair. Carved Flamingos on the eaves, conch shells, pineapples and palms carved in the railings. Truly a beach house 200 steps from the Gulf beach.

First floor includes heated outdoor pool with deck and charcoal Weber grill. Second floor is living area and bedrooms. Open plan kitchen with bar serving 6 and adjacent dining room for 8, large living room with entertainment center including satellite TV, DVD and Karaoke. Lanai covered deck with outside eating overlooks the pool. The master bedroom includes queen size bed, walk-in closet, private bath with separate Jacuzzi, and walk-in shower. The other bedrooms have a queen and 2 twins. The living room has a queen sleeper. Also included are a washer and dryer, linens and beach towels.

Above it all is an observation deck with breathtaking views of the Gulf, Pine Island Sound and North Captiva Nature Preserve.
